What it is used for

Who else may see it
When the advertising/affiliate option is on and you click through to book, the receiving partner or its affiliate network can get the referral identifiers it needs. Hosting and mail providers process data for us under contract. Nobody pays us for your personal information.
Retention periods
Access logs are rotated out after a limited period, typically within a few months, unless a security incident needs them for longer. Emails are held while a conversation is open and for a sensible stretch afterwards. The banner answer expires after twelve months and you are simply asked again.
GDPR rights
